Dr. Phil and Robin are the official spokespersons for CASA, the National Court Appointed Special Advocate Association. It is CASA's mission to support and promote court-appointed volunteer advocacy for abused and neglected children so that they can thrive in safe, permanent homes. You don't have to have a specialized education or background; your desire to help abused and neglected children find safe, permanent homes is enough. Click here to see a list of typical duties for a CASA volunteer.
CASA's goal is to help an additional 100,000 children beyond those we already serve. This is just one step along the way to providing a CASA volunteer for every child who needs one. It is a very ambitious goal, and they cannot do it alone.
"By either becoming a trained CASA volunteer or donating money, you can make a huge difference in the lives of abused and neglected children. Let's get involved and keep these kids from falling through the cracks. Please help us with that," says Dr. Phil and Robin.
