Funding for music and other artistic activities such as dance, choir, and band are being significantly reduced or, too often, totally eliminated. Because music can transform and change lives, The Dr. Phil Foundation has joined with the Mr. Holland's Opus Foundation in a collaborative effort to ensure the arts remain a viable part of our culture and our children’s educational experience.
