Toys for Tots

For two years in a row, Dr. Phil and Robin have served as national spokespersons for the U.S. Marine Corps Reserve Toys for Tots Program. The mission of the program is to collect new, unwrapped toys during October, November and December each year, and distribute those toys as Christmas gifts to needy children.

During the 2007 Christmas season, people from across the country once again responded to Dr. Phil and Robin’s involvement in the program – now in its 60th year -- by donating a record $36.4 million dollars. As a result of this generous outpouring, 7.9 million children in 604 communities received 17,000,000 toys.
